Skywards by Mikey is five tracks of buoyant, tender optimism: Celestial synth rung over gentle, ebbing organ, while layers of murmured vocals and flute motifs lie dappled beneath lilting rhythms, evoking warm nostalgia - modern pastoral pop.

Mikey (FKA Mikey Enwright) draws inspiration from esoteric folk, liturgical and classical music, balanced with idiosyncratic contemporary pop composition/production. His music evokes the picturesque Cape Ann coastal landscape of his native Boston, and medieval art - elements perhaps heard in the ethereal organ and glissando flute present across his productions.
